- The W300 WB is the latest addition to W-300 series.
- As the W-300 series is already known for its superior atomization, we have added some very specific features to our 1.2 nozzle size to make it a dedicated specialist for UV paint application.
- It comes with a black coloured 200 ml cup that prevents UV ray exposition of the paint and for extra convenience we have added an Air Cap Cover to protect the area around the nozzle.
- This prevents remaining paint on the nozzle or air cap from curing while the spray gun is not in use, making it’s usage and cleaning as effortless as possible.
- Although the black cup characterizes the visual appearance of the spray gun already we have added several other black details and an additional engraving to make recognizing it even easier.
- Atomization Technology.
- The W300WB UV is fitted with the patented Split nozzle.
- The pre-atomisation technology helps to sheer the UV material giving you a lower surface tension on primer laydown and a flatter reduced orange effects on the clears.
- The split nozzle technology also allows you to reduce the operating pressures while still achieving outstanding atomisation.
- Fan Pattern.
- The W300WB UV has a medium flat and even fan pattern which is ideal for small to medium repairs.
- The combination of the medium size pattern and the controlled split nozzle fluid delivery enables the painter to apply the UV products in a controlled manner reducing overspray and overload of the UV product.
- Transfer Efficiency.
- W300WB UV operates at an above 65% compliant transfer efficiency do its reduced recommended operating pressure of 1.5bar.
- This helps to reduce costs and emissions in a busy body shop environment.
