The RT High-Solid 2K PU Spray Topcoat is a fast-drying polyurethane acrylic coating for industrial machinery, commercial vehicles, and structural components. This direct-to-metal topcoat offers excellent UV stability, chemical resistance, and high adhesion to steel and zinc-coated surfaces. Available in semi-gloss and gloss finishes, it delivers a smooth, durable protective layer suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Mixing Ratio: 5:1 with PU 900-25 Hardener. Thinner: V 25 Normal Thinner. Application: Spray gun (1.2–1.3mm nozzle, 2.0–2.5 bar). Drying Time: Touch dry in 2–3 hours at 20°C.
