FT Paints supplies the automotive refinishing trade from a single counter in Coventry. We mix paint to colour code in-house, stock the consumables bodyshops get through every week, and carry the tools to apply them.

How we work

We are a trade supplier first. That shapes most of what we do: prices shown exclusive of VAT by default, stock held on the shelf rather than ordered in, and staff who can tell you whether a system will actually do the job.

The mixing scheme

Our mixing scheme is on site, so a standard colour is mixed while you wait. Where a code has variants we spray a test card before filling, and every batch is recorded against your account so repeat work matches.

FT Paints is one of three specialist coatings businesses, alongside Coat-IQ for floor paints and JRaces for sports flooring. Each stands on its own — if a job belongs with one of them, we will point you there rather than sell you the nearest thing.
