Local delivery (within 30 miles of our branches)

• Same-day delivery: orders placed before 12pm are eligible for same-day delivery, Monday to Friday.
• Delivery schedule: deliveries are made using our in-house fleet within our local radius.
• Cost: free delivery on all local orders, with no minimum spend.

Nationwide delivery (outside the local radius)

• Delivery partner: nationwide orders are handled by trusted logistics partners, including FedEx, for reliable and timely delivery.
• Delivery time: next-day delivery is available for most UK locations on orders placed before 2pm. Remote areas may take 2–3 working days.
• Cost: standard shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over a specified amount, shown at checkout.

Click & collect

• Location: available at Unit 3, Bishopgate Business Park, Coventry, CV1 4NA.
• Availability: orders can be collected the same day if placed before 12pm.
• Notification: we’ll let you know by email or WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection.

Order tracking & updates

• All shipped orders come with tracking information, sent by email.
• Local deliveries get live updates by email and WhatsApp.
