Return conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A re-stocking/handling fee of 10% may apply to returned items, unless the return is due to our error.
• Custom-mixed paints or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).

How to return or exchange

• Email us at sales@ftpaints.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with a return authorisation code and instructions.
• Carefully repackage the items and include the return form provided.

Refunds timeline

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable products

• Custom-mixed paints
• Clearance or sale items
• Opened aerosols or liquid products

Faulty goods

If something is faulty, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out — this sits outside the standard return conditions above.
