Not on sound existing paintwork — spraying straight over a clean, keyed surface is fine. Bare metal or bare plastic needs primer first (see step 2 of the full respray guide above).
Yes — Black Pearl is a 2-stage colour, so a dab of clearcoat over the repair once the basecoat has hardened gets the gloss to match the rest of the panel.
Plenty for stone chips and small scratches. For anything bigger than a coin-sized area, or more than a handful of chips, go up to the 150ml or 250ml size in the builder above.
