Where to find your Daihatsu paint colour code
Your Daihatsu's paint code is on the identification plate under the bonnet or in the door jamb. Here's where to look, what the code looks like, and how to find your colour if it's missing.

Where to look on your Daihatsu
- Under the bonnet. On older models, check the slam panel across the front of the engine bay, the bulkhead at the back of it, and the tops of the suspension turrets.
- Door jamb. Open the driver's door and check the B-pillar, the upright between the front and rear doors, for a label or plate. If it's not there, try the passenger side.
What the code looks like
Daihatsu codes are three characters, such as W09 (White), S28 (Silver) or X07 (Black Mica Metallic). Daihatsu is part of Toyota, and some colours share Toyota codes, like 1G3 (Magnetic Grey).
